Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We know you’re excited to get your hands on your order, so we make it our priority to get it out the door as quickly as possible.

Order Processing Times

We do our best to hustle and pack your items immediately. Our general rule of thumb is that all orders will ship within 2 business days, but we usually beat that deadline:

• Orders placed BEFORE 1:00 PM EST: Typically ship out the same business day.

• Orders placed AFTER 1:00 PM EST: Typically ship out the next business day.

What counts as a business day? > We operate Monday through Friday, excluding standard federal holidays. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, we will get right to work on it first thing Monday morning!

Tracking Your Order

The moment your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update with live carrier information.

Need to Make a Change?

Spotted a typo in your shipping address? If you need to change your order details, please contact us immediately at shifra@totallyhue.com with your order number. If your order has already been processed and handed over to the carrier, we won't be able to make changes, but we'll do our best to catch it before it leaves!
