Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Local Delivery/ Pickup

  • Orders will be available for pickup within 12 hours after receiving your order confirmation email.

    • If you need your order sooner, please text us at 917-854-1668. We will try to accommodate you.

  • Order eligible for local delivery will be delivered within 1 business day after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • There is a $5 flat fee for each order.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.

    • Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

  • Use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment’s status.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

    • With all original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

  • ·Sale items are eligible for exchange only.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please respond to the order confirmation email and we will send you a return shipping label.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item(s).

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
